We received a lovely letter from a customer today (19 Jan 2015) for work we completed this month.
“The team who worked on our water leak must be the best in the world. Hard working, very knowledgeable, clean and tidy and so polite. We and our neighbours are so pleased with the whole of the operation. Not only that the nearby bakery staff and also the dental practice staff all said, as they passed by, how hard working the men were, and also no one can see where they dug the grass area or the stones area. The job was done at great speed and so efficiently. No praise can be good enough. We will write to South West Water and our Insurance company, and the Solicitor/Loss adjustor to advise them all how good R&D are.”
