I am just emailing to let you know how impressed I was with your two men who
came to my house this morning to search/ repair a leak from my external
pipe.

They arrived just after 0800, leaving around 1150, working solidly. They
found / repaired the leak and were extremely tidy. My lawn is back as it
was. I was very pleased!

Can I just say a huge thank you to all of your team who were involved in sorting out my leak.

Within two days from the initial contact, Russell and Julia came out to look at the leak. That same day, the job was booked in for repair – very promptly, the following week.

The guys have just been today to repair the leak, and to say that I am over the moon with what they have done would be an understatement.

Within 45 mins the leak was located, repaired and the garden put back to normal. Thanks guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who has a water leak. Your professionalism from start to finish was second to none.

My supply pipe leak in front garden was discovered around 5:00pm on a Friday. South West Water gave me a list of recognised repairers.
Messages left with three.

Response from yourselves within the hour, promise made that team would call in to us in Tiverton early Monday on way to another job.
Arrived, very polite couple of lads, found and temporarily repaired leak within 45 minutes.
Pipe replacement booked for later date.
And again what a job they did. They removed a small section of our recently completed brick drive to gain access as close to meter as possible, excavated again in lawn and from there moled new pipe into property.
Yes they did reinstate everything so much so that you could not tell they had been.
