I wanted to congratulate you and your team on clearing up a longstanding issue that Homeserve could not resolve. This brought to an end a six week (at least) chapter of painful phone conversations and broken promises. The two men who came out today were extremely professional, courteous and completed the job while keeping me fully informed. When they had gone the worksite was clean, and they had attempted to hide all trace of their digging and tunneling. It’s great to see a company run in this way, so thanks for all your work that has gone before in building such a strong team. Please pass on my thanks to them.
