We are completely delighted with the prompt and efficient service which R & D provided to replace our water service pipe.Our first contractor did not inspire confidence and as he was not able to undertake the work for 2 months or so we asked him to suggest a firm who could undertake the work much sooner. He suggested R&D. We checked your excellent website and using the online contact Lizzie replied immediately and arranged for Matt and Ian to visit within 2 days. They quickly gained our confidence and assured us that ‘we would not know they had been’.

You responded with a quotation the following morning, not days or even a week later.Within 2 weeks they were back with Anthony to do the work. They worked well, with minimum disruption and yes ‘ we cannot tell they have been’. The workmanship is of the highest quality, where holes were dug in the flower beds the subsoil was put back first and the top soil where it should be and plants replanted; the two paving slabs that were lifted just show the minimum of new cement. Excellent.It was a pleasure to deal with R&D; efficient and very pleasant staff from admin to those on site.

Today I had a visit from your people to repair a leak in my yard.  The two chaps were polite , efficient and did an excellent job.  I can’t praise them enough.  Thank you.

I just want to say how delighted I was with the excellent work your engineers undertook to replace the water supply pipe at my home.  The work was completed with the minimum amount of disruption to the highest standard.  I am so glad I chose R & D to carry out the work and would highly recommend you as being ‘simply the best’!

First of all thanks very much for ‘phoning this morning to let me know your workforce was delayed due to the dreadful accident on the motorway; but the real reason for this e-mail is to express my fullest appreciation of the three really nice guys who turned up and got on with the job. They were simply fantastic. I had been dreading hours of upheavel and chaos; mess everywhere. But I was so wrong. The work site was contained to the smallest possible area; the repair/renewal carried out with what seemed to me to be the very minimum of upheavel and on finishing my utility room floor was much cleaner than when they began!

Please convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to the men; I commend them and give R D Water Engineers full marks for employing such an excellent workforce. I will certainly recommend R D whenever I can and will also tell SWW of my complete satisfaction.
