I want to say that your team were absolutely brilliant! It was a heavy, difficult job and they spent literally hours knee deep in filthy water trying to find the water main. Despite the frustrating work they stayed good humoured and positive throughout. They looked after my house and left it looking like nothing had happened here.

I hesitate to praise just in case it somehow curses the work and something goes wrong! But credit where it is due and thanks to those young lads, who are absolute stars.

A big thanks to you and your team for doing a fantastic job replacing our leaking water main with the absolute minimum of disruption - you were the only company to suggest using pre-existing ducts that had been installed under our quarry tiled path, therefore saving them from being dug up to replace the pipe. We're really happy with the work done, the team were brilliant and really friendly, the communication from your office was amazing and I'd highly recommend you to others.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at R&D water engineers for their help. We had a burst water system and no water and with 3 small children it was getting desperate. R&D were the only company who were helpful and offered to move things around so that they could get a team out to us first thing the next day.

It was a very difficult job complicated by us not being on mains water but the engineers did not leave until we had a water supply and our system was leak free. They had to do lots of digging up but left everything tidy. They were wonderful and we are so grateful as they made what was a very complex and stressful situation all good again. If only the insurance claim was as simple!!
Thanks so much again and we will be recommeding your company to anyone who needs your services.

Could I just say we found all your staff that attended our setting were so helpful, polite and lovely. They left the area spotless and everyone complemented on how efficient they were.

Two of your engineers and a plumber came to deal with two leaks at our house yesterday. I am writing to say how absolutely delighted I was with their work. They were highly skilled polite and knowledgeable explaining exactly what they were doing. They were careful not to cause any damage to plants etc when digging the ground and replaced plants and repaired holes in concrete so that you would not have known they had carried out the work. I would happily recommend them to anybody.
