I would like to say thanks for arranging the work at my elderly Brother In Laws house in South Molton. As an 86 year old he was concerned as to the uproar he would have to endure. There was none. Your two guys arrived as arranged and confirmed by yourselves, they were polite, amiable and efficient. The new service pipe was installed and connected to our new internal pipework, holes reinstated and site cleaned before lunch. I was stuck on calls all day but I came downstairs to find out they had not only found the leak, dug up the drive and patio slabs, repaired everything but returned the excavation to such a good state I wouldn't even know they had been.

One of your teams has just spent three days with us laying 75 metres of  new water pipe, via mole, down a private lane and through our mature garden. They did a superb job and didn’t seem to take a break at any time.

The ground was somewhat rocky but they got through the obstacles with confidence. They left the site clean and tidy and you can hardly see where they had worked. We are very impressed. Ian and Simon make an excellent team and are great ambassadors for your firm.

We would certainly recommend R&D to anyone. We are very impressed.
